“Sare jahan se achcha Hindustan hamara ” were the wordings offered by Indian astronaut Rakesh Sharma to the then Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi. It was his way of depicting his love for the country and why not after all India is no less than a heaven.
India is a land of diversity. What makes the soil of India different from others is her shelter- giving kindness and the tie of harmony its people respect.
Indian civilization is one of the oldest in the world. India has always welcomed travellers and traders from all across the world. Indian ideas, stories and principles have travelled to different parts of world through them.
Variety is the spice of life. We can find this in India geographically. From the snow clad mountains of Himalayas to the great Indian desert of Rajasthan, from the coastlines of South India to the beautiful sceneries of the North East mountains and the plains in the centre, all add to the beauty of Indian mainland.
Ancient Indian knowledge like Vedas , Yoga and medical science Ayurveda are relevant even today. India has a glorious past of science, technology, literature, art and aesthetics.
I love my incredible India from the bottom of my heart. May the land of India and its people attain great heights.
